Mint Gimlet


  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, plus 1 lime round for garnish
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1 ounce Rose's Sweetened Lime Juice
  • 1 ounce seltzer
  • Put mint leaves and sugar into a small, shallow glass, and mash with a wooden spoon. Add 1/2 cup small ice cubes. Pour fresh lime juice, vodka, Rose's Lime Juice, and seltzer into a measuring cup; stir. Pour into glass. Garnish with lime.  Thank you Martha Stewart.
