Champagne or Prosecco Sparkling Wine
1 oz. Good quality Vodka
1 oz. Creme de Violette

Chilled Champagne flutes

In a well chilled champagne flute pour in a shot of Vodka, a shot of Creme de Violette and top off the flute with crisp bubbly champagne.

3 oz. quality Brut Champagne
1/3 oz Cognac
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Sugar Cube

Soak one sugar cube in a Champagne flute with Angostura Bitters, add Champagne and Cognac. Garnish with an orange peel.

Mimi's Mimosa


1-6 oz. Champagne Flute
Good Quality Champagne or Prosecco (La Marca is a good one!)
Orange Juice, pulp-free
Angostura Bitters

Fill champagne flute halfway with orange juice (3 oz.)
Shake 2 quick dashes of Angostura bitters
Fill the flute with Champagne up to the top
