1 Sugar Cube
Soak one sugar cube in a Champagne flute with Angostura Bitters, add Champagne and Cognac. Garnish with an orange peel.

Chocolate Fever Martini
1 1/2 shots Godiva Chocolate liqueur
1 1/2 shots creme de cacao
1/2 shot vodka
2 1/2 shots half & half
1 1/2 shots creme de cacao
1/2 shot vodka
2 1/2 shots half & half
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
OPTION:
3 Tbl. crushed Oreo cookie
1 Tbl. powdered sugar
(blend together)
Ring the glass with fresh lime juice, dip in crushed cookie mix, chill glass.
