2 oz. Limoncello
1 oz. Sweet & Sour mix
1/4 lemon fresh juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
Pour all into a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake vigorously until super cold. Pour into a chilled Martini glass from the freezer. Makes one double martini or 2 average sized drinks.
Flavor OPTION 1: Grate lemon zest on a microplane and add to white granulated sugar. We rim of glass with lemon juice and roll rim into zesty lemon sugar.
Flavor OPTION 2: 'Lavender LemonHead', Add 1 tea. dried lavender into cocktail shaker with other ingredients and shake vigorously, strain into chilled Martini glass(es)
