Flaming Punch

750 ml bottle quality Dark Rum
750 ml bottle quality dry Red Wine
3 cups strong Tea
1 lb. Superfine Sugar
Juice of 1 large Orange
Juice of 1 Lemon

Heat but do not boil Wine, Tea & juices in a saucepan. Pour into heat-proof punch bowl. Place as much sugar as possible into a large ladle with Rum. Ignite Rum & Sugar and pour into punch bowl while still aflame. Stir well & extinguish the flame. Pour the remainder of the Rum into the punch bowl. Stir well, serve in white wine glasses.
